Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because we prepare food fresh to order, this policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled at Amrutha Foodex.

1. Cancellation by You

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before we begin preparing your food. To cancel, message us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 85004 83899.
• Once preparation has started, an order generally cannot be cancelled, as the food is made specifically for you and is perishable.
• For catering and bulk orders, cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking; advance amounts may be adjusted against costs already incurred.

2. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order if items are unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any amount you have paid online will be refunded in full.

3. Refunds

• If you have paid online and are eligible for a refund (for example, an order we could not fulfil, a wrong or missing item, or a genuine quality issue), we will refund the applicable amount.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Wrong, Missing or Quality Issues

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or you are not satisfied with the food quality, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with your order details (and a photo, if possible). We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Food that has been fully or partially consumed, except in the case of a genuine quality issue reported promptly.
• Incorrect delivery address or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
• Change of mind after the food has been prepared.
