Shipping & Delivery Policy

Amrutha Foodex delivers freshly prepared food. As we serve perishable, ready-to-eat meals, "delivery" here refers to local food delivery — we do not ship products by courier or post.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver within Tanuku town limits and nearby areas, subject to distance and availability. If your location is outside our delivery range, we will let you know when you place your order, and you are welcome to order for take away instead.

2. Delivery Timing

• Delivery is available during our business hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
• Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes of confirmation, depending on your distance, order size, weather and traffic.
• During peak hours, festivals or bad weather, delivery may take longer. We will keep you informed.

3. Delivery Charges

A delivery charge may apply based on distance and order value. The applicable charge, if any, will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering, before you pay. Orders above a minimum value may qualify for free delivery.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp at +91 85004 83899. For updates on your order, simply message us on the same number.

5. Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure the delivery address and phone number you provide are accurate and reachable.
• If our delivery person is unable to reach you or the address, the order may be treated as delivered and may not be eligible for a refund.
• Please check your order at the time of delivery and report any issue immediately — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Take Away & Dine-In

You are always welcome to collect your order from our restaurant at Opposite Karnataka Bank, Velpur Road, Tanuku, or dine in with us.
