These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website amruthafoodex.manasanta.in and any orders you place with Amrutha Foodex ("we", "us", "our"), located at Opposite Karnataka Bank, Velpur Road, Tanuku – 534211, Andhra Pradesh, India. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Amrutha Foodex is a restaurant and catering business operating in Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh, offering dine-in, take away, home delivery and catering services for prepared food.

2. Orders

• Orders can be placed on WhatsApp at +91 85004 83899, or in person at our restaurant.
• An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and, where applicable, payment is received.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example where items are unavailable or delivery is outside our service area.
• Menu items, availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government regulations.
• We accept cash, UPI, and card payments. Online payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay, over a secure gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.
• You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information at the time of ordering.

4. Food Quality & Allergens

• We prepare food fresh and take care with quality and hygiene. Food is best consumed promptly after delivery or pickup.
• Our dishes may contain allergens (such as dairy, nuts, gluten, or seafood) and are prepared in a shared kitchen. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us before ordering.

5. Delivery

Home delivery is available within Tanuku town limits during business hours, subject to availability. Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Amrutha Foodex name, logo, text and images — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, traffic, or utility outages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Tanuku / West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
